Role Description The Creative & Design Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting brand, creative, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with visual design for digital assets, social content, and presentations, as well as contributing to concept development and campaign ideation. The intern will help translate creative strategies into clear design directions, support branding projects, and prepare deliverables for internal and client reviews.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional team members,



organizing design files, incorporating feedback, and experimenting with current tools and formats. This position offers hands-on experience in an AI-driven creative environment, with opportunities to learn, iterate, and improve through continuous loops.

Qualifications

- Creativity Skills and Creative Strategy to generate ideas, support concept development, and contribute to campaign ideation.
- Branding and Writing skills to help express brand narratives, prepare creative copy, and maintain consistent visual and verbal identity.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote setting, present ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar) and an eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI, data-informed creativity, and modern marketing, with a willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage assets, meet deadlines, and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant coursework or prior project experience in design, branding, marketing, or related fields; a portfolio or samples of work are highly beneficial.
