- Translate and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
- Candidate needs to have experience in CPI, BTP and C4C Reporting topics.
- Leads the product development process with international agile DevOps teams;
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP C4C solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP C4C tools and features.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.




- Apart from difference C4C business objects knowledge, also it's necessary to have knowledge and experience with:

Skills/Knowledge Knowledge in C4C, CPI, BTP and Reportings

Communication skills, able to orchestrate Business and Service providers,

willingness to work in an international located team;

Usage of agile working methods and tools (Scrum, KANBAN, JIRA/Confluence);

Knowledge and experience with interfaces and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premises Systems

Fluent in English

Education

Studies in Informatics, Business Administration or similar.

Experience in the domain of B2B CRM processes and SAP based system setting (SAP Sales Cloud (C4C))
