Role Description This internship role is focused on learning and supporting CPC Medical Coding training activities at Eco Friendly Tech Solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will attend instructor-led sessions, participate in practical coding exercises, and assist in reviewing case studies and medical documentation under guidance. The intern will help prepare learning materials, support classroom activities, and collaborate with trainers and peers to clarify coding concepts and guidelines.





This is an on-site internship role based in Tiruchirappalli, requiring regular in-person attendance and active engagement in all course-related tasks.

Qualifications

- Understanding of basic medical terminology and anatomy to accurately interpret clinical documentation.
- Interest in CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding systems, with willingness to learn CPC-specific standards and practices.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for reviewing medical records and identifying appropriate codes.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication for interacting with trainers, peers, and support staff.
- Ability to follow structured training schedules, work collaboratively in an in office classroom environment, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, online learning platforms) to complete assignments and documentation.
- Educational background in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, healthcare administration, or related field preferred, but not mandatory.
- Motivation to build a career in medical coding and openness to pursue relevant certifications such as CPC after training.
