We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling Trainee. This is a 100% remote role.

This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position— we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our Courses.

This is not a cold calling role, but it does require robust communication and a consistent outreach mindset.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.

Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.

Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.

Compensation, Perks & Training :

Training Period: 45-90 days (online)



> Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR

Please note: This role is not open to experienced sales professionals.

Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates or students in their final year

Candidates with strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills

Candidates with basic Tech comfort— experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
