- Cost Control and Monitoring

Cost Monitoring: Conduct real-time monitoring of all expense expenditures, promptly address and correct any abnormal expenditures to ensure compliance and reasonableness.
- Cost Analysis and Reporting
Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of all expense expenditures to understand their composition and trends, identifying key areas for cost control and improvement.
Cost Reporting: Regularly compile and submit cost reports to management, providing insights on expense expenditures and serving as a reference for financial decision-making and business development.
- Improvement of Cost Management Systems and Processes
System Development: Participate in the formulation and refinement of the company's cost management systems and processes to ensure standardization and normalization.
Process Optimization: Optimize and improve cost management processes based on business development and company circumstances, enhancing work efficiency and cost control effectiveness.
- Communication and Collaboration with Other Departments
Departmental Communication: Maintain good communication and collaboration with all departments to understand their expense needs and expenditures, providing a basis for budgeting and control.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Participate in cross-departmental projects and collaborations, offering professional advice and support on cost control to ensure smooth project progression and reasonable cost management.

Job Requirement
