This is a Work From Home position that is heavy on document collection, document preparation & analysis. You must have experience working with 3rd party manufacturers and managing production processes from end to end. It requires good communication and heavy on Zoom/Team collaborations and meetings.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cosmetic & QA Chemist to take technical responsibility for the safety, regulatory compliance, formulation quality, and product quality of our facial skincare, bath & body, haircare, and facial sheet-mask products.

The role will work directly with our third-party manufacturers overseas and ensure products meet approved specifications and the regulatory requirements of their destination markets before production and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take technical responsibility for product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance for assigned products.
- Review formulations, INCI lists, ingredient concentrations, raw materials, and product specifications.
- Assess ingredient safety, restrictions, usage levels, claims, and suitability for the destination country.
- Review and approve pre-production formulations, samples, specifications, COAs, stability data, and testing documentation.
- Review post-production batch records, COAs, test results, and production documentation.
- Confirm production batches match approved pre-production formulations and specifications.
- Identify and address formulation changes, substitutions, contamination risks, quality issues, and manufacturing discrepancies.
- Ensure required product safety,



regulatory, technical, and QA documentation is complete and current.
- Maintain controlled formulation, specification, testing, regulatory, and production files.
- Review product labels and technical information for applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor regulatory requirements applicable to each destination market and identify required changes.
- Review formulation and raw-material costs to determine whether pricing is reasonable for the agreed product quality.
- Benchmark raw-material costs and identify potential quality compromises or unexplained costs.
- Manage technical communication and corrective actions with 3rd Party manufacturers.
- Track all formulation, QA, regulatory, and production issues through resolution.
- Maintain appropriate GMP / ISO 22716 and quality-control practices.
- Any other tasks are required by management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
- Strong understanding of GMP / ISO 22716 and cosmetic regulatory requirements.
- Experience assessing regulatory requirements for international markets.
- Robust analytical, Excel, documentation, and file-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
