looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Corporate Business Development Professional who can take our Wellness Programs to corporates and bring paid corporate wellness assignments to our Gurukulam.

YOUR MISSION

Your job is not just to make calls or send WhatsApp messages.

Your job is to

- Identify and approach HR Heads, CHROs, Admin Heads, L&D; Heads & Corporate Decision Makers
- Build strong relationships with corporates
- Generate corporate leads and conduct meetings
- Present and pitch our Corporate Wellness Programs
- Bring opportunities for Yoga, Sound Bath, Stress Management, Mindfulness, Leadership Wellness & Holistic Wellness Programs
- Convert leads into paid corporate sessions, workshops and long-term wellness programs
- Build a strong corporate client pipeline for Vishwaroopam Gurukulam
- Follow up relentlessly until the opportunity is converted

Takes initiative without being pushed

Is confident approaching senior corporate professionals





Can open doors and create opportunities

Has excellent communication and convincing skills

Understands B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development

Is target-oriented and hungry for results

Can independently generate leads and close business

Has a strong qualified network in the corporate world

Is comfortable meeting corporates in person

Believes in “I will make it happen” rather than “someone should give me leads.”

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Waits for leads to be handed over
- Only forwards WhatsApp messages
- Makes calls without understanding the objective
- Needs constant follow-up from management
- Gives excuses instead of results
