Role Description The Corporate Executive Chef is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing culinary operations across all The Pizza Bakery locations. This role involves designing and standardizing menus, developing and testing recipes, and ensuring that all dishes reflect authentic Italian and European techniques and quality standards.

The Corporate Executive

Chef will lead and train kitchen teams, implement food safety and hygiene procedures,



and monitor food costs and inventory to maintain efficient operations. Daily responsibilities include supervising food preparation and service, coordinating with management on new offerings and promotions, and maintaining consistent taste, presentation, and guest satisfaction across restaurants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a focus on Italian and European cuisine.
- Candidates should possess experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Candidates should possess proven abilities in Culinary Management, including kitchen leadership and menu development.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, or equivalent professional training.
- Experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, preferably in multi-outlet or brand-level roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene practices, and inventory and cost management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team training skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
