We are looking for a highly polished, discreet, and service-oriented Executive & Personal Butler to provide exceptional support to senior executives, principals, VIP clients, and distinguished guests. This role combines executive assistance, personal service, household coordination, hospitality, event management, and travel support .

The ideal candidate will have excellent etiquette, strong organisational skills, refined communication, and the ability to anticipate requirements before they are communicated. You will be expected to maintain a consistently high standard of personalised service while handling professional and personal responsibilities with complete discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalised executive and personal support to principals and senior executives
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, schedules, and day-to-day requirements
- Welcome and assist VIP clients, executives, guests, and visitors with exceptional hospitality
- Coordinate board meetings, corporate events, private dinners, and other high-profile gatherings
- Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas, dining spaces, and event venues are properly prepared
- Provide professional food and beverage service, including refreshments and guest requirements
- Monitor F&B; supplies and maintain appropriate stock based on management preferences
- Anticipate personal and professional requirements and proactively arrange necessary services
- Assist with meal planning, wardrobe coordination, personal appointments, and other lifestyle requirements
- Coordinate household activities and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to expected standards
- Provide on-the-go assistance during business and personal travel
- Handle last-minute changes, urgent requests, reservations,



and logistical requirements with composure
- Support travel planning and provide information regarding local customs, culture, destinations, and suitable experiences
- Maintain impeccable office etiquette, grooming, service standards, and professional conduct
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal, professional, financial, and business-related information
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, hospitality teams, drivers, event teams, and other service providers as required
- Ensure every interaction and service experience reflects attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experience in personal butler service, executive assistance, luxury hospitality, private household management, guest relations, or a similar service-oriented role
- Strong experience supporting senior executives, principals, VIP clients, or high-profile guests
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with polished verbal and written communication
- Impeccable etiquette, grooming, presentation, and professional conduct
- Strong ability to anticipate requirements and deliver highly personalised service
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple professional, personal, household, and event-related priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, dining arrangements, travel, and guest services
