Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items and basic dishes.
Handle basic food preparation, including cutting, chopping and portioning.
Assist with grilling, frying, toasting and plating.
Follow recipes, portion sizes and food-quality standards.
Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Minimize food wastage.
Assist the chef during busy operating hours.
Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas properly.
Basic cooking knowledge is mandatory.
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café or cloud kitchen is preferred.
Should be hardworking, punctual, hygienic and a good team player.
Should be willing to learn and follow instructions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
