Experience: 2–3 years Package : 3.6 LPA - 5.5 LPA Location : Calicut ,Kerala Key Responsibilities ● Build and execute the overall content strategy for Lanstitut across social media platforms ● Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning ● Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives ● Translate business goals into transparent content themes, formats, and storylines ● Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to create high-impact content ● Review, edit, and optimise content to maintain quality and relevance ● Analyse content performance and refine strategy based on insights and trends ● Stay updated with social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices Requirements ● 2–3 years of proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role ● Graduation is mandatory ● Strong understanding of social media platforms and content ecosystems ● Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills ● Ability to think strategically and execute consistently ● Experience in building brand voice and long-term narratives ● Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
