About Para AI Labs

Para AI Labs (parailabs.com) connects domain experts and career-switchers with paid AI training and evaluation work on platforms like Mercor, Outlier, Scale AI, Turing and micro1. It's free for candidates; we earn referral commissions when partners hire people we refer, and we say so openly. We're an early-stage, pre-incorporation startup run by a solo founder.

The role

You'll write honest, well-researched content for people deciding whether AI training work is worth their time. That means:

- Writing and updating reviews of AI training platforms (Mercor, Handshake, Outlier, micro1 and others)
- Writing blog posts that answer real questions, e.g. "Is Mercor legit?" and "How to get hired at Mercor"
- Fact-checking claims about pay, onboarding and payment behaviour against sources
- Working from briefs and SEO guidelines, with editorial review before publishing

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience working on at least one AI training platform — this matters more than writing credentials
- Clear,



plain English writing; you explain without hype
- Comfort with research and citing sources
- Reliability on deadlines

Nice to have: SEO writing experience, familiarity with multiple platforms' onboarding and assessments.

Editorial standards

- AI tools are fine for research and outlining, not for writing the article.
- If you currently work with a platform you'd review, you'll disclose it, and you should check your existing contracts first.

Pay and terms

- ₹200–500 per article, depending on type and length
- Paid test article (₹400) before onboarding
- Signed Equity Intent Letter. To be clear: there's no ESOP yet; equity would come from an ESOP once Para is incorporated.
- Independent contractor, fully remote, flexible schedule
