We are hiring a Content Marketing Lead with solid expertise in organic marketing and lead generation.

Your primary goal will be to create and execute a content strategy capable of generating 1,000+ organic leads every month.

Responsibilities

- Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy
- Identify high-intent topics and keywords
- Develop SEO-driven content
- Plan LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and blog content
- Create lead-generation funnels
- Improve organic reach and conversion rates
- Monitor marketing analytics and ROI
- Scale successful content campaigns

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong SEO knowledge
- Strong content strategy skills
- Proven organic lead-generation experience
- Excellent analytical and execution skills

This is a performance-focused role for someone who understands that content must generate business results. Pay: ₹516,028.05 - ₹1,980,135.58 per year
