IdeaLumen is a youth-led media and creative initiative focused on writing, ideas, creativity, curiosity, culture, and discovery.

We are currently rebuilding and expanding IdeaLumen, and we are looking for a motivated Content & Growth Lead to join our founding team.

What you'll do

Develop and pitch content ideas for IdeaLumen

Help plan and maintain a consistent content calendar

Write, edit, and research content

Develop content series and campaigns

Help improve IdeaLumen's presence and engagement on LinkedIn

Monitor basic content performance and identify what works

Bring your own ideas and experiment with new formats

Collaborate directly with the founder on the direction of IdeaLumen

What we're looking for

Strong interest in writing, media, creativity, research, or communication

Valuable written communication skills

Creativity and willingness to experiment

Reliability and ability to meet agreed deadlines

No professional experience is required





Most importantly, someone who wants to build rather than simply hold a title

Important: This is currently an unpaid volunteerposition. IdeaLumen is an early-stage initiative and does not currently provide financial compensation.

Time commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per week.
