We’re looking for a Content Manager who lives and breathes ideas.

This role is for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—but thinks ahead and asks what else can we do?

You’ll work closely with the Creative Head and be involved in the entire content journey from idea to shoot to final execution.

What You’ll Do

- Assist the Creative Head in planning and building social media content calendars
- Come up with reel ideas, trends, and inspirations for multiple client brands
- Brainstorm content concepts with the creative team
- Help write and structure reel scripts, hooks, and VO ideas
- Coordinate with videographers and photographers during shoots
- Assist in preparing shot lists and content references before shoots
- Be present on shoot days and help coordinate content execution
- Think proactively - suggest ideas, formats, improvements, and experiments
