About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Content Writer to develop high-quality, practical and engaging training content for corporate compliance and workplace learning programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong content-writing skills and a good understanding of Indian workplace laws, corporate ethics, employee conduct and compliance requirements. Experience in creating training modules, facilitator guides, presentations, case studies, assessments and e-learning content will be an advantage.

Key Training Areas The writer will be required to develop content across some or all of the following areas:

Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop accurate, current and India-specific compliance training content.
- Create engaging training presentations, learner guides, facilitator notes and participant handouts.
- Develop real-life workplace scenarios, case studies, role plays, examples and quizzes.
- Convert complex legal and compliance requirements into simple, practical and employee-friendly learning content.
- Develop content for different audiences, including employees, managers, HR teams and leadership.
- Ensure content reflects applicable Indian laws, regulations and accepted corporate practices.
- Create knowledge checks, assessments and post-training quizzes.




- Review and update existing training material whenever laws, regulations or organisational requirements change.
- Work with the training/L&D; team to incorporate feedback and deliver content within agreed timelines.
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, learning objectives and instructional structure across modules.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate content writing, L&D; content development, compliance training or instructional design.
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate/workplace compliance.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to simplify legal and regulatory concepts without compromising accuracy.
- Robust research, analytical and content-structuring skills.
- Experience creating PowerPoint-based training content, e-learning modules, facilitator guides and assessments.
