Company Description Shrimad Bhagavad Gita (The Geeta) is a revered Sanatan/Hindu scripture composed of approximately 700 verses and 18 chapters, historically situated within the Mahabharata and the teachings of Shri Krishna to Arjuna in Kurukshetra. Recognized as one of the holiest texts of Hinduism, the Gita presents timeless guidance on duty, ethics, and spiritual wisdom.

Its teachings are rooted in an ancient lineage, with references to earlier divine discourse given by Shri Krishna/Lord Vishnu in Kalp Aadikaal. The organization is dedicated to presenting these teachings accurately, accessibly, and respectfully to contemporary audiences through various content formats.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Content Creator role based in Silvassa.

The Content

Creator will develop, adapt, and present content related to the Bhagavad Gita across digital and print formats, including articles, social media posts, educational materials, and multimedia scripts. Daily responsibilities include researching scriptural references, collaborating with subject matter experts, drafting and revising content for diverse audiences, and ensuring consistency with the organization’s spiritual and cultural values.



The role also involves supporting campaigns, organizing content for ongoing projects, and maintaining a clear, respectful, and inclusive tone in all communications.

Qualifications

- Ability to research and interpret religious and philosophical texts, especially the Bhagavad Gita and related Sanatan/Hindu scriptures.
- Strong skills in written communication, content drafting, and basic editing for clarity, accuracy, and coherence.
- Experience creating digital content (e.g., social media posts, web articles, scripts) for varied audiences and platforms.
- Comfort working on-site, collaborating with a small team, and managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English; familiarity with Sanskrit, Hindi, or other Indian languages is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and non-discriminatory communication practices.
- Background in religious studies, philosophy, literature, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of design, audio/video content workflows, or content management tools is an advantage.
