About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Producer who can take content from IDEA → SHOOT → EDIT → DELIVER .

You will create social-first content for multiple brands across sectors, working closely with our strategy and account teams. The role involves content planning, on-location shooting, video editing, photography and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Reels, short-form videos and social media content for multiple brands.
- Plan and execute shoots at client locations.
- Shoot talking-head videos, B-roll, testimonials, BTS and brand/product content .
- Handle basic photography for social media and marketing requirements.
- Edit videos for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, music and basic motion graphics.
- Work with doctors, founders, employees, customers and other people appearing on camera.
- Contribute ideas for recent content formats, hooks and creative approaches.
- Ensure videos are visually engaging, well-shot and platform-ready.
- Manage multiple shoots and content projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with the internal team to deliver content within timelines.

What We're Looking For




- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, video production or a similar role .
- Strong portfolio of Reels / short-form social content .
- Good shooting skills using smartphone and/or DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
- Understanding of framing, lighting, audio and basic cinematography.
- Good visual sense and storytelling ability.
- Comfortable working independently from shoot planning to final delivery .
- Good understanding of social media content and short-form video.
- Comfortable travelling to client locations across Delhi NCR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
