ESTROC is a new-age technology company working across AI, software development, automation, cybersecurity, websites, digital products and emerging technologies.

We are building an in-house Content & Creative Team to grow ESTROC across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

We are looking for creative people with different strengths video editing, reels, graphic design, YouTube, content creation, AI-generated content, writing, research, storytelling or social media.

You don't need to be valuable at everything. We are hiring multiple people to build a team with complementary skills.

What You'll Work On

What You'll Do Content Creation Research ideas, trends and topics and turn them into engaging content for different platforms.

This could mean taking one good idea and converting it into:

YouTube Video → Reel → Short → LinkedIn Post → Instagram Carousel → Story

Video & Short-Form Content

Create and edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, product showcases and other engaging video content.

Work with footage, screen recordings, AI-generated assets, graphics, captions, music, transitions and other creative elements.

Design & Social Creatives

Create visually engaging

- Posts
- Carousels
- Stories
- Thumbnails
- Promotional creatives
- Infographics
- Website/project showcases
- Brand content

AI-Powered Content Use and experiment with modern AI tools for:
- Video generation
- Image generation
- Voiceovers
- B-roll
- Scripts

Skills We're Looking For

Knowledge of tools such as the following is useful:

CapCut Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Canva Figma Photoshop AI image/video generation tools
