nPosition: Consultant – Surgical Gastroenterology

nLocation: Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh

nQualification:

n

n
- MCh / DrNB in Surgical Gastroenterology
n
- MBBS + MS/DNB General Surgery
n
- Candidates from a recognized institute
n

nExperience:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years of post-MCh/DrNB experience
n
- Should be able to independently perform major and routine GI surgeries
n




- Solid preference for candidates with independent operative experience rather than only assisting experience.
n

nKey Responsibilities:

n

n
- Independently perform open and laparoscopic GI surgeries
n
- Manage surgeries involving stomach, intestine, colon, rectum, gallbladder, liver and pancreas
n
- Manage emergency GI surgical cases
n
- Pre-operative assessment and post-operative management
n
- Handle OPD/IPD and surgical consultations
n
- Coordinate with Gastroenterology, Critical Care, Radiology and Anaesthesia teams
n
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
n
- Maintain surgical documentation and clinical protocols
n

nKey Skills Required:

- Strong independent surgical decision-making

- Good laparoscopic skills

- Ability to independently handle emergency surgical cases
n
- Experience in complex GI procedures
n
- Good patient communication and team-management skills

nIdeal Candidate:

nA MCh/DrNB Surgical Gastroenterologist with 3+ years post-qualification experience , who is confident in independently operating and managing GI surgical cases.
