Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong technical background to drive end-to-end implementations. You will design, configure, and deploy core HR and talent solutions to streamline client operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Implementation:
Lead full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors project implementations from blueprinting to go-live.
- Module Configuration: Configure and optimize Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (Recrui), and Onboarding (Onboard) modules based on business requirements.
- Technical Integration: Manage system integrations, data migrations, and custom configurations within the SAP ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions and guide clients through best practices.
