Tetrahedron (TMS) is building its team and hiring Consultant Manufacturing Excellence.

Tetrahedron started in 2014 and is growing at a 300% Yr-on-Yr basis with 150 active clients across India. We are one of India's Largest End-to-End Service providers to Manufacturing Companies.

We have been working on providing Manufacturing Excellence, Training Services, High-Tech Consulting Solutions, Industry 4.0 Solutions & Low-Cost Automation (LCA) solutions to the Indian industries for the past five years. We are a team of highly motivated people from various reputed colleges of the country and are looking to expand our team for rising future demands.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Consultants with 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably from organizations working in the US FDA / FDA-regulated environment. The candidate will support consulting assignments, compliance-related projects, client coordination, documentation, analysis, and execution of project deliverables.

Mandatory experience in US FDA-related projects and GxP documentation development is required. Candidates will be responsible for completing required documentation, supporting validation implementation, implementing projects as mentioned in project documents, and providing facilitation and coordination for the implementation of US FDA requirements at client locations.

The candidate will support consulting assignments, compliance-related projects,



client coordination, documentation, analysis, and execution of project deliverables.

Candidates from Pharmaceutical, Food, and similar FDA-regulated industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and support consulting projects related to US FDA / FDA requirements and compliance.

· Understand client requirements and provide appropriate consulting support.

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project execution and timely deliverables.

· Prepare, review, and maintain project-related reports, documentation, presentations, and MIS.

· Support regulatory/compliance-related assessments, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

· Analyze client processes and identify areas for improvement in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

· Participate in client meetings, discussions, and presentations.

· Ensure project activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

· Maintain proper documentation and records related to consulting assignments.

· Stay updated with relevant FDA regulations, guidelines, and industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Educational Qualification: MBA, B.Tech, B.A., B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Com.,



Graduate, Post-Graduate, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

· 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.

· Prior experience working in a US FDA / FDA-regulated company or environment is mandatory.

· Good understanding of FDA compliance, regulatory processes, documentation, and quality systems.

· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

· Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

· Strong report-writing and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Willingness to travel for client/project requirements, if required.

· Industry Experience: Candidates from Pharmaceutical, Food, and similar FDA-regulated industries will be preferred.
