Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Consultant Coordinator to coordinate effectively with consultants, internal teams, and project stakeholders. The candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, with valuable English communication being mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

- Follow up with consultants regarding drawings, documents, approvals, submissions, and project requirements.

- Maintain records of consultant communications, drawings, submissions, and approvals.

- Track pending deliverables and ensure timely follow-up with concerned consultants.

- Coordinate meetings, discussions, and site visits with consultants whenever required.

- Communicate project requirements and updates clearly to consultants and internal teams.

- Ensure timely circulation and documentation of drawings and other project-related information.

- Identify delays or pending matters and escalate them to the concerned reporting manager.

- Maintain proper documentation and project coordination records.





- Support the project team in ensuring smooth and timely coordination with all consultants.

Requirements

- Any Graduate from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consultant coordination, project coordination, construction, real estate, architecture, or a related field.

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants and internal departments.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
