Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused professionals who are fluent in Hindi and English to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer and associate queries through calls, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on customer concerns until closure.
- Handle escalated cases with ownership and professionalism.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
- Promote company products, campaigns, and business initiatives when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support operations.

Required Skills:
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory)




- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn recent systems and processes quickly
- Team player with a positive attitude

Eligibility:
- Any Graduate.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, BPO, Contact Center, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English can also apply.

Important Note This is an 11-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates who perform well may be considered for a permanent role based on business requirements and performance.
