Languages Required: Urdu The Construction Manager - AI Data Center Infrastructure will provide day-to-day, on-site leadership for the delivery of data center construction projects in Hyderabad. Working closely with project management, design, procurement, commissioning, operations teams, and delivery partners, the role will oversee construction execution across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, security, and life-safety systems.

The position is accountable for maintaining safe site operations, monitoring quality and progress, managing contractor performance, coordinating interfaces, and resolving construction issues in a timely manner. The Construction Manager will ensure work is delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, local regulatory requirements, and project schedules, while supporting a smooth transition through testing, commissioning, and handover.

Experience: 7+ years in data center or mission-critical construction delivery The Role We are hiring a Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of AI data center infrastructure construction in Hyderabad, India. The role is based at the project site and is responsible for safe, compliant, high-quality delivery across multiple contractors and specialist vendors. It focuses on disciplined control of site works, construction processes, quality, commissioning readiness, and handover in live or new-build data center environments.

What you will do

- Lead on-site construction delivery for AI and high-density infrastructure, including base build and fit-out readiness, power, cooling, containment, and enabling works.




- Manage contractors and vendors across CSA, MEP, controls and BMS, fire, security, and specialist packages.
- Drive construction workflows including RFIs, submittals, ITPs, inspections, NCRs, punch lists, progressive turnover, and closeout.
- Coordinate sequencing and interfaces across trades to protect milestones and remove site constraints quickly.
- Own site readiness and logistics, including access control, permits, RAMS, workface planning, and cleanliness or controlled-environment requirements.
- Drive commissioning readiness with commissioning and operations teams, including test readiness, evidence packs, redlines and as-builts, and turnover requirements.
- Maintain a strong daily and weekly reporting cadence covering progress, look-aheads, constraints, risks, and escalation items.

What we are looking for

- Proven experience delivering data center construction and/or mission-critical infrastructure in a site leadership role.
- Robust understanding of MEP and critical-systems construction, including construction-to-commissioning handover.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors in high-pressure, high-dependency environments.
- Strong QA and QC discipline, including documentation capability for ITPs, inspections, NCRs, and closeout.
- Competency with project and document-control platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, or similar, plus solid MS Office skills.
- Ability to work full-time from the Hyderabad project site and travel domestically as required.

Preferred

- Experience supporting high-density or AI-ready data center infrastructure, including tight power and cooling constraints, accelerated fit-outs, and compressed commissioning windows.
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification and safety leadership credentials.
