Consultant — Cashless & Claims Operations (Hospital / TPA)

We're building an AI system that owns the insured patient case end to end — cashless pre-authorisation, insurer and TPA queries, enhancements, discharge authorisation, final claim submission, and the deductions that follow.

We want to talk to people who have worked inside that process, from either side of it.

This is for you if you've been:

• Manager or Head – Insurance & TPA at a hospital — you ran the cashless desk

• Head of Revenue Cycle, Billing or AR at a hospital — you owned what came after discharge

• Claims Processing Officer, Medical Officer – Claims, or Provider Network at a TPA or health insurer — you were the one applying the deductions

Current or former, both work.

What we'd ask you about:

- Where a cashless case actually stalls, and why a pre-auth takes 50 minutes instead of 15




- What queries look like in practice, and who inside the hospital has to answer each kind
- How deductions get categorised — contractual, non-payable, documentation failure, processing error
- Which of those get contested today, and what a successful reconsideration actually takes
- How specific payers and TPAs behave differently

We're not asking anyone for data or documents from a current employer. We want your judgement, not your files.

Paid hourly. Adaptable. No exclusivity, no long commitment — a few hours a month.

Bangalore preferred, remote is fine, anywhere in India.
