Job Summary

nThe Configuration Analyst is a key part of the Information Technology organization, working with Oracle Cloud ERP. This role participates in the full lifecycle of an Oracle ERP solution to deliver a highly complex, comprehensive business solution for Hub Group. This position requires an individual capable of operating in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple initiatives.

To be successful, this individual must be highly motivated and have a solid understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP product and Finance business processes.

nEssential Job Functions

n

nExecute the development and delivery of technology solutions aligned to ERP processes

nGather business requirements (functional and technical) and ensure solutions meet business needs

nPerform the necessary configurations to support the business requirements in Oracle ERP

nDefine, develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios to meet business requirements

nParticipate in ERP solutions initiatives, standardizing systems and business practices, championing change, testing and user support

nAbility to communicate effectively and work with multiple teams





nGives recommendations for business process improvements and system improvements

nGathers data, performs root cause analysis and recommends course of action

nEffectively builds and maintains customer and peer relationships in support of technology solutions

nProvide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for ERP as necessary

nPerform other responsibilities as assigned

nDuties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time

nMinimum Qualifications

n

n2-3 years’ experience working with Oracle ERP required

nConfiguration experience with ERP modules (AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Fixed Assets) and business processes

nKnowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, BIP reports and OTBI reports preferred

nProblem-solving skills and data analysis desired

nStrong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively

nWell organized and detail oriented

nAbility to balance multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with recent systems and methods while working in a team environment
