De Moza specializes in exclusive bottom wear for women, offering leggings, pants, jeggings, palazzo pants, skirts, culottes, and Pattiala pants.

The brand focuses on delivering high-quality fabric and construction, combining comfort with contemporary style. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Content Creator and Social Media Manager (SMM). The role involves planning and producing engaging content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns that reflects De Moza’s brand identity and product offerings.

Daily tasks include creating copy and visual concepts, scheduling and posting content, managing social media channels, monitoring performance metrics, and interacting with the online community. The role also requires coordinating with marketing, design, and retail teams to align content with ongoing promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Creator and SMM will stay updated on fashion trends and platform best practices to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging copy for social media, websites, and marketing materials, with strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience developing content plans and calendars, with skills in basic content strategy and campaign planning.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels), including posting, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Basic skills in visual content creation (e.g., image selection, simple graphic design, or video snippets) and familiarity with tools such as Canva or similar applications.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including brand positioning, audience targeting, and measuring social media performance using analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail and fashion environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and retail operations.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
