This role is to handle inquiries, quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups. You will act as a link between sales, production, and customer.

1. Inquiry Handling

- Receive inquiry from sales / customer
- Check basic details (type, size, quantity, delivery)
- Enter inquiry in system / register
- Follow up for missing details

2. Quotation Support

- Prepare quotation in given format
- Check details properly
- Get approval from senior
- Share quotation with customer
- Maintain quotation record

3. Order Processing

- Receive confirmed order / PO
- Check price, terms, delivery
- Enter order in system
- Share details with production & accounts

4. Follow-up & Coordination

- Follow up with production for order status
- Update sales team
- Update customer about status

5. Customer Communication

- Handle calls / WhatsApp / emails




- Give proper updates
- Inform clearly in case of delay

6. Record Maintenance

- Maintain:
- Inquiry list
- Quotation list
- Order status

Basic Expectations

- Work should be accurate (no mistakes)
- Follow-up should be regular (no delay)
- Communication should be clear and polite
- Work should be properly recorded

Who can apply

- 1–3 years’ experience in office work / coordination
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
- Valuable communication (Hindi / basic English)
- Organized and responsible

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
