Computer Hardware Engineer – Level 1

Experience: 6 months – 2 Years

Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Desktop & Laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Installation and configuration of Windows OS and applications
- Troubleshooting printers, scanners and other peripherals
- Basic networking: LAN, Wi-Fi, switches & routers
- Hardware installation, replacement and preventive maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting of servers and network devices
- CCTV and other IT infrastructure support
- On-site support at customer locations
- Maintain service reports and asset records

Skills Required

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / equivalent in Computer/IT field
- Good knowledge of computer hardware & Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations

Added Advantage

Knowledge of Servers, Firewall, CCTV, Microsoft Licensing, Tally Prime and Endpoint Security will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
