We are Hiring Compliance Manager with expereince in ROC filing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Direct & Indirect Taxation and statutory compliance.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and Skilled Tax compliances.

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory returns.

- Manage Companies Act / ROC compliance and documentation.

- Prepare and maintain statutory compliance calendars.

- Handle tax reconciliations, assessments, notices and departmental correspondence.

- Review tax computations, returns and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants and government authorities.

- Ensure timely statutory payments and maintain compliance records.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements.





- Prepare compliance MIS and management reports.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintain records for audits and assessments.

Candidate Profile

- M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in taxation and statutory compliance.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and ROC compliance.

- Good working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
