About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Competitive Exam Faculty to join our coaching center in Chittur, Palakkad. In this role, you will deliver classroom lectures, design practice tests, and mentor aspirants preparing for national and state-level recruitment examinations, including SSC, RRB, and Kerala PSC.

Key Responsibilities Classroom Instruction: Deliver structured lessons in core examination subjects such as Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Studies, or English. Simplify complex problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods for competitive test environments. Academic Content & Assessment: Prepare daily practice question sets, mock papers, and revision notes. Evaluate student tests, track academic performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Student Mentorship: Address subject-related doubts in one-on-one or small group settings. Guide students on exam patterns, time management strategies, and syllabus updates.

Academic Coordination:



Collaborate with the center administration to organize batch schedules, test series, and study material distribution.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Graduates in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or related streams preferred).

Subject Familiarity: Personal experience appearing for or preparing for competitive examinations (SSC CGL/CHSL, RRB NTPC/Group D, Kerala PSC).

Communication: Strong presentation and teaching skills in Malayalam; working proficiency in English.

Aptitude: High problem-solving clarity, patience, and a student-centric teaching approach.

Experience: Prior experience teaching in tuition centers or coaching academies is advantageous, but passionate freshers with strong subject mastery are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
