Company Secretary Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Company Secretary Trainee to gain practical exposure in Corporate Law, ROC/MCA Compliance, Corporate Governance, FEMA, RBI, SEBI, GST, Income Tax, IPR and Corporate Advisory.

The trainee will work on real client assignments under the guidance of a Practicing Company Secretary.

Responsibilities

- Assist with ROC/MCA filings, company incorporation and corporate compliances.
- Prepare Board Resolutions, Minutes, Notices, Registers and other secretarial documents.
- Assist in Due Diligence, ROC Search Reports and Corporate Governance assignments.
- Support FEMA, RBI and SEBI-related compliances.
- Assist with GST and Income Tax-related corporate compliance and documentation.
- Assist in Trademark registration, objections and other IPR matters.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare compliance checklists and reports.




- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications

- Candidates who have cleared CS Executive or CS Qualified examinations and are eligible for practical training are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Companies Act and Corporate Law.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
