Role Description The Communication Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Durgapur, responsible for designing and delivering communication training programs for learners and professionals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and workshop sessions, facilitating interactive activities to improve verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, and providing individual feedback to participants.

The role involves developing and updating training curricula and materials,



aligning them with industry requirements and Eduzen’s vocational excellence objectives.

The Communication

Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to integrate communication modules into broader skilling programs, track learner progress, and prepare reports on training outcomes. The position also requires supporting placement readiness initiatives by coaching participants on interview communication, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Candidates should possess Training and Curriculum Development skills for designing and delivering effective learning programs.
- Candidates should possess Writing and content creation skills for developing training resources and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Intercultural Communication skills to work effectively with diverse learner groups and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience as a communication trainer, soft skills trainer, or language trainer is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to facilitate group learning, manage classrooms, and use digital tools for training delivery is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a learner-centered approach are highly valued.
