Commis 1 (Section Cook): Runs an assigned cooking station independently during service, ensures recipe consistency and portion control, manages station prep levels, and guides junior cooks. (Experience: 2–4 years) Commis 2 (Prep Cook): Handles bulk ingredient preparation (washing, chopping, marinating, portioning), basic cooking (frying, blanching, assembling), and restocks line stations before rush hours. (Experience: 1–2 years) * Crew Member (Front of House / All-Rounder): Manages POS billing, takes customer orders, packs and hands over food to diners and delivery riders, and maintains counter and dining area cleanliness. (Experience: 0–1 year / Freshers)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
