We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive in Kolkata to support business growth, lead conversion, and customer engagement across our Home Care, Elder Care, and Wanderlust with Care verticals.

Position: Inside Sales Executive Location: Kolkata Experience: 2–3 Years Lead Management & Conversion: Professionally handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, understand prospective customer requirements, and convert qualified leads into customers through a consultative selling approach.

Customer Engagement: Clearly explain SilverGenie care offerings, packages, and services, build long-term customer relationships and trust, coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, and resolve customer queries with timely support.

CRM & Reporting: Update lead status and customer interactions in our CRM, maintain a daily follow-up tracker and sales pipeline, generate conversion reports and sales MIS, and ensure proper customer data management and documentation. Support lead closures driven by campaigns,



coordinate with the partnerships and digital marketing teams, and participate in customer outreach initiatives, webinars, and promotional activities.

Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs): Providing support for customer retention and overall satisfaction. You must be a graduate in any discipline, with a preferred specialization in Sales & Marketing. You need 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer acquisition, service sales, or lead conversion.

Prior exposure to Healthcare, Wellness, Hospitality, Travel, the Service Industry, or the Startup Ecosystem is highly preferred. You must possess technical skills including CRM handling experience, proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, basic lead tracking and reporting, and an understanding of sales funnel management.
