3. – Commi I (Senior Level)

The Commi I is responsible for independently managing a section in the kitchen or bakery. This role ensures high-quality production, consistency, and smooth execution during service, aligning with premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently prepare and execute menu items with consistency
- Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently
- Ensure high standards of presentation and quality
- Supervise and guide junior staff (Commi II & III)
- Maintain inventory control and minimize wastage
- Follow and enforce hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist senior chefs in menu preparation and new product development

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen/bakery
- Strong knowledge of baking and culinary techniques
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Leadership skills and team coordination ability
- Attention to detail and quality focus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
