The Inside Sales

Executive will be responsible for managing and progressing sales opportunities through the complete sales cycle. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain complete and accurate information in the CRM, including lead stage, client discussions, follow-up dates, next actions and expected closure. Ensure no opportunity is missed due to poor follow-up or incorrect CRM management.

Maintain structured follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Nurture clients where the requirement is not immediate and reconnect at the right stage.



Participate in commercial discussions and negotiate within approved commercial guidelines.

Resolve commercial and service-related concerns and drive opportunities towards quotation approval, PO / WO generation and final closure.

Sales

Performance & Reporting Participate in sales reviews and morning huddles.

Qualifications & Experience: ~2–3 years of B2B / Inside Sales experience. ~ Solid understanding of CRM and pipeline management. ~ Strong objection-handling capability and confidence in commercial discussions. ~ Experience in negotiation and taking opportunities towards closure. ~ Experience in Facility Management, HVAC, Technical Services or similar B2B services will be preferred.
