Domestic & Export Sales | Honey & Spices

Compensation: 100% commission-based. No fixed monthly salary. Earn 2%3% commission on successful sales based on net product/order value.

Farmiti Agritech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales network for our Honey & Natural Spices business and is looking for motivated Commission-Based Sales Agents to develop recent customers in India and international markets.

Role

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Finding new buyers and business customers
- Generating leads and converting them into orders
- Developing B2B / wholesale / distributor / private-label buyers
- Finding buyers for domestic and international markets
- Handling initial buyer communication and follow-ups
- Coordinating with our team until order confirmation
- Building long-term customer relationships

Commission-Based Earning

No fixed salary attractive commission on successful sales.

You can earn 2%-3% commission on the net product/order value, depending on the product, order size and business terms.

Example:

For a 5,00,000 net product order:

2% Commission = 10,000

3% Commission = 15,000

Higher sales volume = Higher earning potential.
