Job Summary

As part of MSCIs AI Contract Team, you'll work closely with Commercial Legal teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, negotiating technology and data agreements and helping embed AI tools into how the team works. The environment is fast paced but collegial, built on close working relationships within Commercial Contracts and with other functional departments at MSCI.

Responsibilities

- Negotiate complex technology and data agreements to provide MSCIs services, including data licenses, Software-as-a-Service arrangements, financial product licenses, managed services agreements and redistribution arrangements, primarily under New York law.

- Rapidly come up to speed on MSCIs AI capabilities, contracts, product offerings, risk tolerances, policies and practices.

- Work collaboratively and creatively to design and implement new contract templates and provisions for new product offerings.

- Use and contribute to the development of MSCIs AI systems as an integral part of your work.



No programming experience is necessary, but you should show self-directed adoption of current technology, tools youve taught yourself, processes youve changed or workarounds youve built, and ideally use of AI tools on live legal work.
