Shree Balaji Management – Collection & Recovery Services is hiring Telecallers (Male/Female) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Customers ko phone par call karke payment/collection ke liye follow-up karna.
- Assigned customers se professional manner mein communication karna.
- Daily calling aur follow-up details maintain karna.
- Customer queries ko properly handle karna.
- Daily/weekly targets achieve karne ke liye regular follow-up karna.
- Company aur client guidelines ke according kaam karna.

Eligibility:
- Male / Female – Both can apply
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates are also welcome.

Salary & Benefits:
- Freshers: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Incentive
- Experienced candidates:



Salary will be discussed after the interview based on experience.
