Collection Department

Position DetailsKey Responsibilities

- Collect overdue EMI payments from customers as per company guidelines.
- Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pending dues.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment commitments.
- Identify overdue accounts and report collection issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure qualified customer handling and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and collection reporting.
