Responsibilities: Handle collection of overdue loan/EMI payments from customers. Visit customers and follow up for pending payments. Maintain regular customer communication and payment records. Achieve assigned collection targets and improve collection efficiency. Resolve customer queries related to overdue payments. Update daily collection activities and field visit reports. Coordinate with the branch team for effective recovery and customer service.
