Position: Collections Field Executive

Job Summary The Collections Field Executive is responsible for managing overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers in the field for collection of overdue installments.

Follow up with delinquent customers through direct visits and phone calls.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the management.

Update customer repayment status and collection activities in the system.

Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required.

Track and minimize delinquency and bucket movement.

Coordinate with branch teams to resolve collection-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.





Submit daily field visit reports and collection updates.

Maintain qualified relationships with customers while ensuring effective recovery.

Eligibility Criteria

0 to 3 years of experience in collections, recovery, sales, or financial services.

Freshers may be considered based on business requirements.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
