nKey Responsibilities

n● Teach AI/ML to children in the age group of 5 to 14 years through live online sessions.

n● Ensure that students enjoy and actively participate in the learning process.

n● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to achieve their learning goals.

n● Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

n● Conduct demo sessions with prospective students and support conversion.

n● Conduct both group classes and one-on-one sessions as required.

n● Create a fun, interactive, and creative learning environment for students.

nQualifications & Skills

n● B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech / MCA/ MSc (CS/IT)

n● Strong Understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI platforms such as PictoBlox, Teachable Machine, etc.

n● Knowledge of programming languages and technologies, including Python (fundamentals), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

n● Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy,Pandas.





n● Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization projects using Python.

n● 3+ years of relevant working experience in coding or software-related fields.

n● 1+ year of teaching experience, preferably in coding.

n● Experience in online teaching is mandatory.

n● Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.

n● Excellent English communication skills.

n● Comfortable teaching young learners (children aged 5–14).

n● Experience using technology in education will be an added advantage.

nTechnical Requirements :

n● A properly functioning laptop or desktop with a strong internet connection.

n● Reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted teaching sessions.

n

nWork Schedule :

n● 6 days a week

n● Adaptable schedule: 4, 6, or 8 hours per day

n● Weekend availability required

n● Comfortable working in US / UAE time zones to support global learners.

n

nSalary structure is as follows;

n

nSalary Standard for 3 PM - 7 PM

n1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo

n25-60 Sessions: Rs. 150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

n61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

n81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

nYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee

nMonth 1: 4000 INR

nMonth 2: 8000 INR

nMonth 3 and onwards: 12000 INR
