Emilio Beaufort Pvt. Ltd . is looking for an experienced Co-Founder / Business Partner to lead, manage and scale our Bangalore B2B operations.
Emilio Beaufort is a B2B salon-focused company specializing in premium hair extensions, wigs and professional hair solutions, working with salons, professionals and B2B partners.
Role The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing existing B2B clients, increasing business traction, acquiring new clients and building a scalable Bangalore operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients
- Drive repeat business, client retention and account growth
- Increase overall B2B traction and revenue in Bangalore
- Acquire and onboard new salon and B2B clients
- Build and manage the Bangalore B2B sales pipeline
- Handle client meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage day-to-day Bangalore operations
- Build and manage the local sales/business development team
- Track sales performance, client activity and revenue growth
- Work closely with the founding team on business strategy and expansion
- Take ownership of execution and help scale the Bangalore business
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B industry experience
- Strong experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
- Proven ability to manage existing clients and generate recent business
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client relationships
- Existing Bangalore B2B network is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
- Willingness to invest and participate in the business as a long-term partner
Compensation Monthly Compensation + Performance Incentives + Equity / ESOP This is a Co-Founder / Business Partner prospect for someone who wants to take ownership of an existing business base, build traction and scale the Bangalore operation. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
