BikeFixUp is a bootstrapped AI-powered mobility technology startup transforming how two-wheelers are diagnosed, serviced, and managed across India.

Since launching in 2023, we have:

- Served 50,000+ customers
- Expanded across 30+ cities
- Built our own Customer App, and AI-powered vehicle diagnosis
- Partnered with 250+ verified mechanics
- Generated $220k in annual revenue
- Recognized by Startup India, Startup Haryana, and the ATAL Incubation Mission (AIM)

We're now building the next phase of our journey an AI-powered Vehicle Diagnosis System designed to modernize India's fragmented two-wheeler service ecosystem. As a bootstrapped company preparing for our first institutional Seed Round, we're looking for a Co-Founder to help lead fundraising, strategic growth, and long-term expansion.

Funding Objective

We are preparing to raise a ₹2 Crore Seed Round over the next 90 days.

The capital will be used to:

- Expand our AI diagnostics platform
- Launch/Scale our Franchise Model
- Scale operations across new cities
- Strengthen technology, leadership, and strategic partnerships

About the Role

As Co-Founder – Growth, Strategy & Fundraising, you'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to help shape the future of BikeFixUp.

This is a leadership role focused on fundraising, strategic partnerships, business growth, and long-term company building.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead fundraising strategy and execution
- Build and manage relationships with Angel Investors, Venture Capital firms, Family Offices, and HNIs
- Drive investor outreach and fundraising discussions
- Help successfully close the ₹2 Crore Seed Round
- Develop strategic partnerships and growth initiatives




- Support business expansion and long-term company strategy
- Join the executive leadership team as a Co-Founder

Preferred Experience

We're especially interested in candidates with one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Former Venture Capital professional
- Angel Syndicate Operator
- Startup Operator (Series A/B)
- Founder or former startup executive
- Experience in Automotive, Mobility, SaaS, Marketplace, or B2B Technology
- Strong network across investors and startup ecosystems
- Experience leading or supporting startup fundraising

Compensation

This is an equity-based founding chance.

There is currently no fixed salary.

The selected candidate will be eligible for:

- Up to 3% founder equity, based on successfully leading and closing the ₹2 Crore Seed Round and agreed performance milestones.
- Opportunity for additional equity based on long-term leadership and contribution.

Any equity grant will be subject to definitive legal documentation, board/shareholder approvals (where applicable), and applicable laws. This is not a referral or commission-based opportunity.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term company and create lasting value.
