About the Role At MyDoctor AI App (part of MODERN US HEALTH), we are building an intelligent, AI-driven healthcare platform designed to streamline clinical workflows, empower doctors and improve patient outcomes across global markets.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-caliber Co-Founder Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our founding team on-site in Bangalore.

As Co-Founder & CFO, you will own global financial strategy, capital allocation, cross-border corporate governance, and venture fundraising as we scale from 0 to 1 and beyond.

Others do NOT apply. This is a role for CA only and must NOT have crossed their yearly client limit as per new CA client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy &

• Unit Economics:

Design and execute multi-year financial models, SaaS/healthcare unit economics, pricing strategies, and global revenue forecasting.
- Cross-Border Corporate Finance: Oversee US-India multi-entity financial structures, transfer pricing, and corporate tax compliance under the MODERN US HEALTH umbrella.
- Fundraising &

• Investor Relations:

Lead equity fundraising rounds, construct venture data rooms, and drive negotiations with VCs, angel networks, and institutional investors.
- Runway &

• Capital Allocation:

Manage cash flow, burn rate optimization,



operational budgets, and R&D; capital allocation to maximize enterprise valuation.
- Governance &

• Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain bulletproof corporate governance across MCA/SEC regulatory standards, direct/indirect taxes, statutory audits, cap table management, and legal frameworks.

Requirements

- Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strictly mandatory.
- Experience: 6 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, investment banking, VC, or as a Finance Head/CFO in a high-growth tech or healthtech startup.
- Location: Based in or willing to work full-time On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Mindset: True owner mentality—comfortable building financial systems from scratch, navigating cross-border complexity, and driving strategic execution.
- Preferred: Prior experience with US-India corporate structures, healthcare regulations, or venture capital dealmaking.
