Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC turning machines as per drawings, process sheets and SOPs
- Load and clamp components correctly in CNC chucks
- Perform tool loading, tool changes and basic offset corrections
- Carry out in-process inspection using measuring instruments
- Maintain production quality, machine cleanliness and shift records
- Follow safety, 5S and rejection-control procedures
- Report machine alarms, tool issues and dimensional deviations
