CNC / VMC Operator – Company: Senwell Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Pune Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC or VMC machine operation Senwell Exports is hiring CNC and VMC Operators for its precision machining facility.

Responsibilities Set tools and job offsets as instructed, load programs, and operate CNC or VMC machines safely. Read engineering drawings and follow the route card, work instructions, and production plan. Check dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.

Monitor tool wear, surface finish, and part quality during production. Record production quantities, rejections, downtime, and shift handover details. Maintain machine cleanliness and promptly report breakdowns or quality issues.

Requirements At least 3 years of practical experience operating CNC or VMC machines. Ability to read drawings and use measuring instruments independently.

Experience in precision components; aerospace machining experience is preferred. Willingness to work in shifts.
